You have questions your data can't answer yet.

You need to show funders and stakeholders that your program works, with evidence rather than anecdotes.
You're launching something new and need to know whether the market, the members, or the community actually want it.
You've collected survey data before, but it sat in a spreadsheet because nobody could turn it into decisions.
You know your audience is changing, but you're planning around assumptions that are years old.

Good decisions need good evidence. Getting good evidence takes more than sending out a survey. It takes thoughtful design, rigorous analysis, and findings presented so clearly that the next step is obvious.
