The story

All Things Considered brings together two complementary disciplines under one roof.

Dr. Esther Scheibler spent her career answering the question every organization starts with: what does our audience actually need, and is what we're doing working? Her research practice helps nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations design rigorous studies, evaluate programs, and turn data into decisions.

Haim Scheibler spent 15+ years answering the question that comes next: how do we turn what we know into revenue? His practice spans fractional sales leadership (strategy, playbooks, and pipeline for B2B companies) and GTM & AI engineering, building the data and automation infrastructure beneath modern revenue teams.

Together, that covers the full arc: understand the market → build the sales motion → engineer it to scale. Clients engage one practice or several; either way, they work directly with the principal doing the work.

Esther specializes in market research, impact assessment, program evaluation, and strategic survey design. With a PhD and extensive experience conducting research for organizations across North America and beyond, she has led projects spanning consumer market research, donor and stakeholder surveys, community needs assessments, member satisfaction studies, and organizational evaluations, including nationwide consumer research sizing the U.S. kosher market.

She believes good research goes beyond collecting data: it tells a story. Her clients value her methodological rigor, collaborative approach, and ability to make complex findings clear, meaningful, and immediately useful.

GTM SYSTEMS ARCHITECT · FRACTIONAL SALES & GTM/AI ENGINEERING

Haim builds the connective tissue between sales strategy and technical execution. He spent 15+ years leading B2B sales and business development across IoT and SaaS, including as a top-performing BD director at a NYSE-listed IoT platform, before moving into GTM engineering, where he architects the reusable systems that turn product and market signals into revenue: ICP scoring, enrichment infrastructure, intent detection, AI outbound, and measurement.

He treats go-to-market as a data-and-engineering problem: operating inside the data warehouse, orchestrating LLMs, and shipping platforms downstream teams build on. He's also an active full-stack founder with consumer products live on the App Store. MBA in Finance; BSc in Mechanical Engineering. Fluent in Python, TypeScript, Snowflake SQL, LLM orchestration, CRM architecture, and pipeline economics.
